- 물리적 감시 강화를 통한 1인가구 여성의 성범죄 예방에 관한 연구 -
사회가 변화함에 따라 1인 가구는 증가하고 있다. 특히 홀로 사는 여성은 다양한 범죄위험에 노출되어 있으며 성범죄에 취약하다. 대부분의 성범죄는 밤 시간대에 발생하고, 여성이 피해자이며, 도심의 1인가구 밀집지역이 비 밀집지역보다 더 많이 발생하고 있다. 우리는 CCTV를 통해 범죄예방효과가 클 것으로 기대하고 있지만 성폭력 범죄에 대한 효과성에는 의문이 든다. 이에 본 연구는 물리적 감시방안을 통하여 성폭력 범죄를 물리적으로 예방하는 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 첫 번째는 1인가구 밀집지역의 야간 순찰강화 이다. 두 번째는 CCTV설치의 강화 및 범죄분석이다. 세 번째는 112 비상벨 도입 강화이며, 마지막은 민간경비업체의 1인가구 밀집지역의 경비활동이다.
A Study on the Prevention of Sexual Assault for Woman in the One Person Household by Physical Surveillance Reinforcement
The one person household increased because of the Society Change. Expecially, Women in living of Single was exposed to danger of various crime and sexual assault. Most of the sexual assault occurred at the night. Also Most of the victim was women and The sexual assault occurred more the dense one person household area than the non-dense one person household area. We expected the crime prevention effect by using the CCTV, but the effectiveness of sexual assault prevention was in doubt. So, We will suggest the prevention of sexual assault by physical surveillance reinforcement in this study. First, Firstly, Reinforcement of the Police patrol at the night in the dense one person household area. Secondary, Increase of the CCTV installation and the Crime analysis. Thirdly, Increase of the 112 emergency bell installation. Finally, Private activity in the dense one person household area by the private security officer.
